
Nicola Wardrop
Dr Nicola Wardrop is currently a visiting researcher at the University of Southampton and works for the UK Department for International Development. Nicola has a background in epidemiology, covering zoonotic diseases, vector-borne diseases and drinking water. She is experienced in the use of epidemiological and environmental data, GIS, spatial analysis and statistical modelling to provide an improved understanding of the complex factors driving infectious disease transmission. She has a particular interest in the application of these methods to zoonoses in poor resource settings.
